Ingrid at One Year

Ingrid has been one for a few months now.  I needed to take the official 1 Year picture with the chalkboard.  :)  I took her to her 1 year check a month or two ago and she was 31 3/4 inches and about 24 lbs.  She is a big one!  Very tall, almost an inch taller than Lane when he was that age.  She's in like the 99th percentile for height and 95th for weight.  My girls may have some height which is cool, I always wished I was a couple inches taller!

This girls smile lights up a room!  She gets people attention when we are out and then is all smiles!  She still isn't walking at almost 15 months, but she's close.  She stands up in the middle of a room and has even taken a couple small steps.  She's in no hurry though, she is very efficient at scooting on her bum!

I love a little girl in jeggings!  Ingrid also loves to say "hi" and wave bye bye, blows kisses, says "dog" and "dad."  Another big one is "HAAAA" for hot (we've been burning the wood stove a little and this is her favorite word when that's going).  She also still loves most food and doesn't love sitting in her high chair.  One of her new favorites is a smoothie for breakfast.  I usually make one for her, Estelle, and I and she'll sit on the couch, just relaxing and drinking the entire thing.  This girl is pretty hilarious!  Can't imagine life without her!
