Some Poblano Chicken Chowder courtesy of Paula Deen found here. A little glass of Pinot Grigio. All of this made one yummy Sunday night dinner. As a little side note, I don't use Poblano peppers because my store doesn't have them. I use either Anaheim or Pasilla peppers. Oh and it's not spicy at all despite the peppers and hot sauce. Lane eats it and loves it.
Don't forget dessert. If you remember a while back I mentioned my waffle cone maker. Well in all my pregnant-ness over the summer I bought an ice cream maker!! This just happens to be Cake Batter Ice Cream. I add sprinkles and we call it birthday cake ice cream. I told my sister a few weeks ago, I got my mojo back. After having a baby you feel weird for...oh...6 weeks. Atleast I do, I had forgot about that part. Anyway, aside from not being able to get all the things done that are in my little over achieving head, I feel like I am back to normal. And despite having the swine flu and impetigo in our house since I had Case...I got my mojo back.

You've got your MOJO baby! In fact, you are in the same league as Paula Dean or Martha Stewart with these delicious creations! YUM! And I was thinking of pulling out a box of mac and cheese for tonight.
Your welcome!
