Gearing Up For Cold Weather...

well not really. We won't be getting cold weather here, but when we head up to Washington, it will be cold. So... I knit this sweater to wear while we are up there. I've been knitting for a little while, experimenting and learning new things. When I ran across this pattern, I knew I had to try it. I did pretty well for my first sweater, it didn't take me long either. It is a little awkward, but wearible. It is very heavy and warm so I don't know how much use I'll get out of it living down here, but all you WA people might see me wearing it everyday I'm there! Hee hee hee.

It is sooo cute!! Wow, a sweater! I have been knitting for 23 years, but only know how to knit squares and rectangles. Maybe I should branch out.

Hey! I just wanted to say hi, and I got your comment off of my blog too :) From time to time I check out your blog, you are so creative, I am just amazed! That sweater is beautiful, and you could make some money selling your cookies, and all of the other things that you do....
Hope you have a great Christmas, if you are at Joelle's house, have Joelle give me a call and I would love to stop by and say hi!
